Keeping fit helps us to stay energised, on top of our game, and performing at out best. Without a good base of fitness we can experience a lack of energy, focus and productivity.

Regular exercise is important for both our body and mind but it’s not always easy to find the time to work out.

Fortunately one of the many things I’ve learned from my professional coaching background in fitness is that you don’t have to train for hours every week to stay fit.

In fact, it’s entirely possible to get a great workout in less than 20 minutes per day…if you get the intensity up high enough.

How to fit fitness around your busy schedule

A short but intense workout every is a great thing to build into your schedule and you don’t need much equipment either.

You can get a full body workout in with your bodyweight and pair of dumbbells, or even a weighted rucksack – something I use often! This is all good news if you don’t have time to get to the gym.
