My 12 Week Personal Coaching Program is designed to take you through the fundamental principles of Personal Development in systematic way covering the 3 key areas of Personal Development – the physical, the emotional and the conceptual.

Here’s how the program is structured:

Week 1-4 – Physical Development

Week 1. Nutrition, Exercise & Rejuvenation
Maximising our natural energy is one of the most important things to do if you want to move to the next level in your life. In this session you’ll learn how to create positive habits with your diet, exercise routine and rejuvenation practices.

Week 2. Your Daily Routine
The way you start your day has a huge influence on the rest of your day. This session will teach you how to create your own daily routine to put yourself in the right physical, emotional any psychological state to win the day.

Week 3. Increasing Productivity
Whether it’s in work, on a side project or just getting more done at home, knowing how to maximise your productivity is one of the most valuable skills you can learn. In this session you’ll learn mindsets, strategies and tactics for greater productivity.

Week 4. Creating Environments For Success
Our physical environment is hugely influential in our lives and the things we see, hear and experience shape our thoughts and actions. This session will help you gain more awareness of your environment and then teach you how to create the environment and experiences you need in your life.

Week 5-8 – Emotional Intelligence

5. Emotional Awareness (Mindfulness)
Emotions are powerful – they can shape everything we do and lead us to take action (both good and bad!) but we often don’t know we’re experiencing them. This session will teach you how to become aware of and identify your emotions, then manage them more effectively.

6. Listening (Empathy)
One of the best qualities we can develop to improve our emotional intelligence is empathy. In this session you’ll learn how to gain a deeper understanding of the people in your life by asking the right questions.

7. Relationships (Collaboration)
Knowing how to build trust and become more influential in your relationships is key to your personal development. In this session you’ll learn how to build collaborative relationships in your life to create win/win outcomes.

8. Leadership (Motivation)
Leadership is about understanding what inspires and motivates people to take action. In this session you’ll learn the fundamental principles of leadership and how to apply them to your own development, as well as in your personal and professional environments.

Week 9-12 – Mindset

9. Mindsets For Personal Growth
Being in control of and managing your own personal development is arguably the most important thing you can do in your life if you want to progress. Having awareness of your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, and then developing a growth mindset is the foundation of your own success. This session will explain the concept of transformation and how to see it in your own life.

10. Goal Setting, Strategy & Planning
Knowing how to set effective goals, form a good strategy and make a good plan will help you get moving and keep moving. This session will give you all the tools you need to make greater progress towards your goals.

11. Self-Image & Beliefs
Our self-image (our concept of self) shapes the way we see everything and everyone in our life. This session will help you become more aware of your own self-image and the beliefs you hold in your life.

12. Shifting Your Perspective (Paradigms Shift & Re-framing)
Knowing how to re-frame problems and turn them into opportunities is valuable skill, particularly as personal development often presents us with challenges. This session will teach you the mindset you need to turn any problem into an opportunity for personal growth and success.
